We will provide customers with a series of OEM customized services such as style mold opening, production, design, silk screen printing, bronzing, etc. and combine with market trends, provide customers with brand-related planning and design, packaging material development and other ODM services to help cooperative customers enhance brand/product value .
1. Design
Forming a concept is the first step in OEM and ODM perfume manufacturing. In OEM, customer requirements are the basis for concept formation. In ODM, the emphasis is on original design ideas based on the manufacturer's discretion.
2. Modeling
Next, a computer system was used to create a 3D model to consider different aspects, including the shape and style of the final perfume bottle.
3. Rendering
The prototype was made with a finish applied to the perfume bottle. Use different techniques to think about how to create the best samples.
4. 3D models
3D models may include physical models using computerized systems or products. Such models can be presented to clients as prototypes.
5. Create Mold Sampling
Once the customer confirms that a given ODM or OEM prototype meets the requirements, the sample product phase begins. Usually, it takes more than a month to complete this mold production (30-35 days for glass, 40-45 days for plastic molds). Once the mold is ready, the next step is to prepare pre-production samples for final inspection. Only after the sample is approved by the customer, the perfume bottle manufacturing can enter the actual production stage. Different perfume bottle decor styles are tested at this stage to determine the best look for the product.
6. Production
Mass production should strictly follow the final approved samples, including color, printing and other surface treatments.
7. Check
The quality control process is a critical issue for a business, and it can mean the difference between life and death. The ACE QC team always adheres to the AQL standard to ensure that our quality is well suited to the European market. Once the goods are ready, we will conduct a final pre-shipment inspection. And welcome 3rd party inspections, such as Intertek, AI, SGS, etc.
8. Transportation
The product is shipped to the customer. All glass bottles will be packed on standard export pallets before shipment to ensure safety during shipping.
